Did you know that High Blood Pressure can cause hair loss?

First off, the hair follicles are connected to the blood stream where all of the nourishment and nutrients come from but High blood pressure limits the blood flow to the follicles so since there is no blood flow getting to the follicles, it will keep the hair from getting the essential nutrients needed for it to thrive, grow and be healthy.

When no blood flow or oxygen gets to the hair follicles, they will eventually become weak and lifeless and then they will die, ultimately resulting in hair damage and hair loss!

Through out my 20+years of experience as a Professional in this industry, I have seen lots of clients that have dealt with high blood pressure and I notice that they have hair loss and thinning always in the top of their heads😞

High blood pressure happens over time and it is a result of unhealthy lifestyle choices such as not getting enough nutrition through God’s Plant Based foods, having excessive weight gain, and not getting regular physical activity that your body needs!

And then some medications for high blood pressure have side effects and one of them is hair loss!

Please know that High blood pressure can not only cause hair loss but it could also cause other serious health issues like heart disease and a stroke!

It could also cause dry skin that wrinkles faster and damaged brittle nails that have ridges in them and won't grow!😞

So it is best to make some immediate changes to your lifestyle by eating more fruits & veggies, drinking more water, exercising more, taking your herbs and vitamins, and most of all meditating and speaking God’s word over yourself so that you can be healed and won’t have to deal with this health issue!

Remember the word of God says, Beloved, I wish above all things that you prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers 3John 1:2
