Easy Detox Pineapple Kale Smoothie


Hey Queens!

Here is another delicious Smoothie recipe that can be a breakfast meal or any day meal!


It's so nutritious, tasty, and easy!


1 1/2 cups of chopped Kale

2 cups frozen Pineapple

1 Banana

1/2 to 1 cup of Orange Juice


Blend until smooth and enjoy!


Kale- it's rich in fatty acids, rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6, it helps to detoxify your body, it helps to keep your scalp nourished, it promotes scalp circulation to strengthen the scalp follicles, it helps reduce the signs of aging, it helps in treating acne, it helps to detoxify the skin to make it more clean, smooth, and radiant!


Pineapple- are full of boosting Vitamin C, they help to exfoliate the scalp and the skin, it thickens the hair, it has anti aging properties, it helps treat inflammation of the scalp, and it helps to prevent hair loss!


Banana- high in potassium, it helps to heal flaky dry scalp, it helps to relieve dandruff, it conditions the hair and makes it shiny, and it moisturizes and repairs dry skin


Orange juice- it's always best if you juice your own oranges because the orange juice in the store may contain perservatives and other added ingredients!


They are super high in Vitamin C, they fight bacteria on the scalp, they remove dandruff, they help heal dry and itchy scalp they help lighten dark spots on the skin, they help remove skin scars, and they help keep the scalp and skin moisturized!




Easy Fresh Orange Juce Recipe

Using a Juicer peel oranges then chop them into smaller pieces and juice them!


Using a blender, peel oranges and chop them and place in blender for a few minutes and then strain it to remove the pulp unless you want the pulp in there and that's it!
